Who’s Behind the Scenes

 Christina is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Certified Spa Massage Practitioner currently completing her Massage Therapy Diploma. With several years of training in Yoga and Ayurveda and after expanding her personal practice while exploring these therapeutic tools on her own journey of persistent pain and self-discovery, she now shares her experiences and knowledge to support others on their own path toward healing and wholeness. Her offerings are centered around self-care, self-discovery, mindfulness, lifestyle management, relief from stress and anxiety, sleep support, relief of persistent pain, management of chronic disease and illness, injury recovery, pelvic health, bone health, brain health, balance and fall prevention, and healthy aging.
